STAGE-I : District Level Round for online quiz contest.
STAGE-II : Division Level Round. An offline contest will be organized in each of the nine division of the state
STAGE-III : State Level Round. The stage will take place in Patna. The top three teams from each division will be eligible to participate in the finale.
